Prosperity: Your Guide to a Cash-Based Lifestyle. My wife Rosa
and I have lived a cash-based lifestyle for nearly twenty years. We have
been totally debt-free since 1989. We are not financial counselors or
managers. Rosa and I are average folks, just like you. She
is a teacher. I am a print products broker. I know what it is to be in debt, to have
creditors call, to make mortgage payments weekly to avoid
foreclosure, to sell household items to make loan payments and to
consolidate loans only to turn around and get deeper in debt. I also
know what it is to be debt-free and have money in the bank. Here I share
with you ideas and strategies that have worked for us over the years.
Using these ideas and strategies, we got out of debt and secured our
retirement over a twelve-year period with average earnings. Through interviews,
